Project Description: Deployment of Microsoft 365, Intune, Apple Business Manager & Google Workspace Email Migration

Role and Collaboration

In these projects, I have served as the Deployment Specialist, responsible for the planning, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft 365 services and Intune device management. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams including:

• IT Managers – to align configurations with organizational policies and compliance needs.

• Security Analysts – to implement security measures like BitLocker, Conditional Access, and MFA.

• End Users and Department Leads – to understand workflow requirements and ensure a smooth transition to cloud-based tools.

• Vendors and Microsoft Support – for licensing, technical support, and escalation when needed.

Outcome

The projects successfully resulted in the secure deployment of over 50 devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, streamlined collaboration via Teams and SharePoint, and enhanced data protection with cloud-based backups through OneDrive. User onboarding time was reduced by 40%, and IT support tickets related to device setup dropped significantly. The solution now supports ongoing scalability and remote management, meeting the client’s operational and compliance goals.
